You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or accompanying the Service.
3. License
By uploading, distributing or otherwise using your User Content on any App, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license, with the right to grant sublicenses, to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purpose of displaying your User Content on any App.
4. Eligibility to Use
You represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may only download our Apps and play them on your device if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed this Agreement and given you permission to download our Apps and play them on your device. AASHYA SANDY ISLAND may require you to provide adequate proof of identity and age and obtain parental or guardian consent at any time.
5. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "as is" and as available basis, and we (and its suppliers) expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We (and its suppliers) make no warranty that any Application: (A) will meet your requirements; (B) will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or (C) will be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
6. We may make changes to these Terms and the Website
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any and all such modifications are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and continued use of the Website. All changes to this Agreement will be made available on this Site, which is why we encourage users to frequently check this page to be aware of any changes to these Terms of Use. Changes to this Agreement will not prejudice the rights of users without their consent. These terms and conditions are effective as of the last update.
